Most BSchool students are put through the paces of corporate life during their course duration. Students are also asked to pick an area of specialization in Management as per their inclination towards the subjects in the curriculum. Most MBA courses have Finance, Operations, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Information Technology as the core subjects. On the completion of their first semester, students have to proceed  on summer internship which is an extended form of a field visit, the difference being that the students are exposed the real-time business environment for a duration of at least a month or two, and during this period they get a chance to work with some experienced professionals in the business.
