Swamiji was of the opinion that service to all other human being is greatest work automatically resulting in serving of the nation. That’s why the day has been included in the NSS yearly calendar.
NSS songs were sung by Students in rhythm with Mr. Abhishek. This singing inculcated a feeling of belonging and patriotism.
The students were thereafter divided into groups and asked to watch a movie on the life of Swami Vivekananda. Students were told to keenly and minutely watch the scenes as they will have to perform tasks in groups based on the life of Swamiji.
