CMAT or Common Management Admission Test is a national level entrance examination conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) every year.
All AICTE approved Institutions/University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges offer admissions to management programs on the basis of CMAT scores.
The CMAT is a three hour, single session, online test. This exam evaluates a candidate’s ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness.
Last date for CMAT 2017 registration is 25th Dec 2016. CMAT exam date is 28th January 2017.

Some suggestions that might be of help incase you are appearing for CMAT 2017–
- Preparation Strategy – Understand the exam pattern and nature of every section. This helps to prepare accordingly.
- Preparing well for the thrust areas – Sections like Data Interpretation, Quantitative section and Logical Reasoning might require more attention. While you make a preparation plan, it helps if you have your focus-priorities set.
- Be accurate than speedy – Speed while solving questions is always good but one must remember that its accuracy that matters. In Common Management Admission Test, it’s not the question about speed; it’s more about being accurate.
