Barkatullah University organized a session of Yoga on “International Yoga Day” in their campus for IPER students today. One should keep looking for healthy ways to manage their life and build good habits that helps to achieve the success. In recent years, Yoga earns so much popularity due to its amazing benefits in relieving stress and improving concentration power.
Yoga is meant for all ages – especially for students, the benefits can be manifold. Yoga asanas like surya namaskars(sun salutations) increase the blood flow to the brain, helping the brain to function better. Students, if practiced, can concentrate better and train the body to do things unconsciously.
