To inculcate the habit of organizing and managing the professional events directly by our students,
IPER has constituted Management clubs . These Clubs are entirely managed by our students under the professional guidance of faculty members of the institute designated for the club activities. The Club members including its
COORDINATOR and
SECRETARY are elected by the students themselves. Thus these clubs provide institutional units Of the Students, By the Students and For the Students.

BULLS & BEARS (Finance) Club
The Bulls & Bears organized a Guest Lecture on Finance by Prof. Dr. A S Khalsa. Students got to learn the intricacies of Securities market.
HUMANITARIAN (HR) CLUB
Case Presentation Activity was organized by the Humanitarians for the students on HR practices and applications and was judged by the various Faculty members.
INGENIOUS (Marketing) CLUB
The Ingenious organized a Role Play on the topic “Customer Care in 2010” .
A Display of Self Made Advertisement Based on the Marketing Strategy and their analysis about the product/services is also organized by the Ingenious Club.
