"Survival of the fittest" is the mantra followed by our students.

The demands of the programme takes a lot of effort & mental toughness. Initially orientation classes are held for the students , the idea is to get them on a similar platform i.e. for students with engg. background classes of Accounts are held & for students with non technical background classes on maths& stats are held. This ensures a level playing field for them.

The initial 3 months are the toughest to deal with as they are marked with cases, presentation, theory classes & the students have to juggle through a lot of activities simultaneously. The days start  at 8:00 a.m & ends at late nights. A lot of group activities & assignments are undertaken , it ensures team spirit & boosts leadership qualities.

For students “lessons of life” learned here through the hard work & pressure they undergo gives them the mental toughness to deal with the challenges of professional life.
