Eligibility Criteria:

The programme is targeted at individuals with a very high potential for success in their chosen career.
Selection is therefore rigorous and based on following criteria:

1. Graduation in any stream from any university approved by AIU/UGC. (Minimum Eligibility)  
2. Should have appeared in any of the following management entrance exam and the merit will be based on the respective scores as per the AICTE guidelines:
   1. CAT
   2. MAT
   3. ATMA
   4. XAT
   5. GMAT
   6. State Level Entrance Test
   7. CMAT
   8. And any other entrance test as per AICTE Norms
3. Extempore Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by IPER
4. Work Experience (if any) & academic background
